After all, a stranger is just a friend you haven’t met yet. I hope it’s a good connection because I’d love to cut my rent in half and be able to save some money each month again. I’d like to have a buffer in the bank for emergencies and if I get a roommate I can have a good buffer within six or eight months. My HVAC service job pays well but I only work there a few hours a day. This lady coming to look at my flat is a school teacher at a school in a nearby town so she would be gone most of each weekday. I asked my HVAC supplier a few weeks ago if he knew of anyone looking to rent and he connected me with this school teacher. Everything works out whether we worry about it or not so I am going to leave the worrying to the worriers and just trust in the whole process. My main goal is to get my HVAC system cleaned soon so that we have a good working furnace for the winter. I also need to clean my furnace filter when I get some time as I noticed it was quite dirty last time I looked at it. I haven’t run the heat in my flat for a long time so I may test it once the system has been cleaned well.
