When my local heating and cooling company provided me the option to purchase their maintenance plan at a special, discounted price, I truly could not turn them down. It sounded great to me; it was the offer I needed. I had wanted to get some kind of a seasonal maintenance plan, but the prices I was seeing simply weren’t great. They were too expensive. This price, though, from this particular company, was just right! The main thing I had been wanting was something to protect my central heating and cooling unit in the event of some kind of natural disaster, like if a hurricane or tornado struck and completely wiped out my entire HVAC system. If this happened, I would want complete coverage over my system, with the opportunity for a brand new, replacement heating and air conditioning unit for no cost whatsoever – other than the installation. Heaters and air conditioners are such an important part of our lives. Do most of us realize how much we depend on them for our everyday survival? Only when they don’t work.
