As with everyone during this nasty pandemic, my mind often turns to the health of myself plus my loved ones.
Of course, like most other people, we are doing whatever we can to avoid the virus or prevent the spread if every one of us are asymptomatic.
My husband has resumed working in a retail shop. They have gone out of their way to be certain the air filtration in the Heating and A/C appliance is doing all it can to provide a truly safe environment. My task is being done from our dwelling in the comfort of our excellent Heating and A/C appliance. However, once I heard about my husband’s company installing new air filtration in their Heating and A/C appliance, it got me thinking. Working from home, which it seems I may be doing from now on, means a great deal of time inside our dwelling. I had never actually given the indoor air quality a great deal of thought. In fact, the only time I thought of the indoor air quality was when cooking or pet aromas hung in the air for long periods of time. However, with the pandemic surging, I had the desire to do all I could to protect plus improve the air in our dwelling. The HEPA air filters are a wonderful place to start plus I’m entirely thankful this is being done at my husband’s workplace. Yet, I actually wanted something that was a bit more proactive. The Heating and A/C appliance company we use was able to provide the solution. All of us are having a whole dwelling air purifier installed this week. This air purifier will go in the Heating and A/C appliance air handler plus use high intensity UV light to destroy the DNA of hazardous air contaminants that might affect our health.
