Is every thief simply compelled to do what they do? I mean I have known some people who are well off but, will rip someone off in a heartbeat.
But others, have to steal in order to feed addictions plus in some cases, their family.
I occasionally wonder what goes through the criminal mind. The community I live in was once a particularly, particularly safe site to live in this area. That feeling of security has suddenly been peeled away. The people I was with and I are seeing far more cars being broken into just for change or cigarettes on the dash. It hit beach house for sure not too long ago. I came beach house from work a single evening to find a appealing neighbor on her front steps with her head in her hands. I hustled over to see if I could help her. As I got to her yard, I could see the inside of the Heating & A/C condenser cabinet scattered all over her sod. The exhausting woman was in tears. She was sobbing which broke our heart plus made myself and others uncomfortable at the same time. It was hard for her to even talk. All she could do was just shake her head plus stare at the destroyed Heating & A/C unit. Thieves must have snuck up to her beach house plus hastily went about destroying the Heating & A/C unit. This was clear as they sure weren’t after select, upscale components. No, it was a rip job plus they took all the copper fitting they could before someone saw them. I got our wife to rest with her while I called her Heating & A/C people. That night, I ordered a cage to fit over the Heating & A/C device outside. I am now locking down the Heating & A/C unit.
