I’ve been a realtor here in our town for the past few years and I have found that there’s just 1 group of professionals that I certainly don’t love to work with.
That sounds bad, but it’s the truth. I don’t like working with picky people but some people are certainly worse than others. The thing is, I certainly enjoy being a realtor. There’s just something certainly rewarding about finding new homes for people and helping them start new lives. Well, most of the time it’s rewarding. The only time I have had problems with people discouraging me and making it assume love a chore instead of a task has been whenever I have had to work with Heating and A/C corporations. Whenever I have had to work with an Heating and A/C corporation’s family, the woman is usually just horrible to work with. They are always super choosy about the heating and cooling systems and nothing ever seems to be superb enough. The last time that I worked with an Heating and A/C corporation, she wanted radiant heated flooring, a wood burning fireplace, and a high efficiency heating and cooling system in whatever lake house they ended up buying. Around here, it’s nearly impossible to find a lake house with radiant heated flooring so I tried to find everything else for him instead. I told him that if both of us were able to find a lake house with all of the other Heating and A/C options that she wanted, maybe she could have the radiant heating flooring installed later! Of course, that wasn’t going to work for him. With this guy, it was all or nothing.
