Having cold feet like I do all the time is super annoying.
This is something that I have found myself dealing with for ages.
I think that I started having cold feet the very minute that I was born! Anyway, these days it’s becoming a problem with my husband and me, mainly because of our heating and cooling settings. We fight about it all the time now because I always want to have the heating running non stop. It’s not really because I’m cold, per se. It’s more the fact that my feet are cold and it gets on my nerves big time. Having freezing cold feet when the rest of the house is warm and toasty can really get to be a big problem. For one thing, it makes my husband feel hot and stuffy and that makes him really irritable. For another thing, the heating bills that we get each month are really out of this world. They are so high that we can barely afford to pay them. I was talking to our local heating and cooling company about this issue that I’m having and they told me that maybe I’m just not cut out to have forced air heating in my house. The HVAC technician that I spoke with was really knowledgeable about different types of heating systems and he suggested that we look into getting something called radiant heated flooring for our house. He said that it’s very cost effective and it would definitely help get rid of my constantly cold feet! I’m going to check it out!
