Free Heating, Ventilation, & A/C maintenance after she installs wrong filter

You easily need to be careful about what company you hire for important services around your house.

I have consistently realized this, but I have also made a lot of mistakes.

When I first moved into this neighborhood I did a lot of research on the most reputable heating, cooling, & air quality control maintenance shop in the area. I did not want to hire an amateur Heating, Ventilation, & A/C dealership where the heating, cooling, & ventilation workers would have undoubtedly little expertise or Heating, Ventilation, & A/C expertise. As such, I asked many of my neighbors for their opinions on the nearest indoor air temperature control maintenance shops. I also got online & browsed through many of the local reviews for indoor temperature appliance repairs. I settled on a company that had over five hundred five star reviews. And that heating, cooling, & ventilation dealership never let me down a single time. Flash forward to last week. I called the same Heating, Ventilation, & A/C maintenance shop as official & requested a basic boiler maintenance appointment. The heating, cooling, & ventilation worker arrived at my house… But she didn’t seem as Heating, Ventilation, & A/C expertiseable as usual. After she left my condo I observed that my boiler was easily running rougher than before. Within a few days, the furnace had completely shut down. I later realized the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C maintenance shop had changed ownership & sent out a much less experienced heating & cooling worker than I was used to. I also realized that she used the wrong air filter in my boiler, which broke the heater. At least I got a free maintenance out of the disaster.
