The dwelling that I bought was a up-to-date building, and everything was set up with the most new approach in mind; You get heating, cooling, lights, plus security cameras all on a single hub, and this is known as a building automation system, at first when I saw it I thought about not using it at all! I thought I could buy a smart thermostat plus control the Heating plus A/C through it.
I then could get a odd security system plus just do normal switch lights.
I am cheerful I did some research first. There are endless possibilities for using an automated system. It saves currency plus so much time too. I realized that I can have zone control plus automated programs in each room. I now have it so my work out room will pre-cool in the Summer plus turn off when I am done working out. I don’t need to flip a button. The lights are ready for me when I walk in plus power down when I walk out, and my office has a Heating plus A/C plus lighting program set for my workday. I have the lights dim as it gets later in the afternoon plus the AC to pump out more when the sunlight is high in the sky. At night I have all sorts of automated lighting plus security solutions around the property. If someone walks to my front step the lights turn on plus the cameras are rolling. I never realized how much safer I would feel with that. I even get live footage of animals coming around that I legitimately enjoy.
