However, I got some really great energy saving tips that will change all that! I found out that almost one hundred percent of high electric bills come from the use of your central heating and air conditioning system. Especially if you live in climates where the winters and the summers are extreme. There is a way to stop this once and for all. The answer is simple. It’s going to portable heating and air conditioning! I know that sounds a bit nuts. But it can work. For the winter time you simply can buy 2 or 3 portable space heaters and place them accordingly around your house. The portable space heaters now days are very powerful and can heat an entire home if arranged right. I talked to several people that do this and just the space heaters alone have saved them hundreds of dollars within the course of a year in their electric bills. Then for the summer time you can do the same thing with either a few portable air conditioning systems or a few ductless mini split a/c’s. Either method of cooling will give the same effect as the space heaters do in the winter and make your home the perfect temperature without having to use the central heating and air conditioning system!
