I just purchased a current home, plus the only thing I had to do to make it a glad lake house was to get some kind of new central heating plus air conditioner method into the place. By doing this, I could have the benefits of central heating plus cooling without having to contend with the high electric bills that come with central heating plus air conditioner. This is because all of the ductless mini split AC units run on little energy compared to that of a central heating plus air conditioner methods. So this is exactly what I did. And the cost of the conversion was pretty good too. The heating plus air conditioner supplier didn’t charge myself and others a substantial fee to convert the ductless mini split air conditioner methods into a full on ductless mini split heating plus AC. And the best part on top of that is there is no HVAC ductwork to have cleaned plus no air vents to be deep cleaned. Just the air vents on the unit itself.
