I was not aware of just how many pollutants I come in contact with on a yearly basis until I learn a few books about it that a buddy loaned me, i almost wish I had not learn the books because I have become sort of paranoid about particular things.
I know that it is mostly in our head, however I suppose that becoming aware of the pollution around me was not good for me, but there is little that I can do about it, however I have decided to try plus do our part.
I have stopped using plastic as much as possible, I have been walking to labor instead of driving our car, plus I got an whole-house air purifier installed in our house, however by far, the greatest impact that I suppose I have made for myself is getting an whole-house air purifier installed in our home. I can just recognize that the air is cleaner now. I wish that I would have gotten one years ago, but at least I have one now, but my partner thinks that I am crazy, plus I entirely am, however I just can’t get over the difference that the whole-house air purifier has made. I have not gotten sick as often since I got that whole-house air purifier installed. I used to get a frigid about every other week, however I have had the whole-house air purifier for about more than seven weeks now, plus I have not gotten sick once. It is genuinely nice to suppose that I am doing something to contribute to a pollutant free environment. I wish that I could do more, plus I will continue to research how I can do more in the future.
