I was not aware of just how many pollutants I come in contact with on a bi-weekly basis until I learn a few books about it that a neighbor loaned me.
I almost wish I had not learn the books because I have become sort of paranoid about particular things.
I know that it is mostly in my head, however I guess that becoming aware of the pollution around myself and others was not great for me, and there is little that I can do about it, however I have decided to try & do my part. I have stopped using plastic as much as possible, I have been walking to work instead of driving my car, & I got an air purification method installed in my house, then by far, the greatest impact that I guess I have made for myself is getting an air purification method installed in my home. I can just assume that the air is cleaner now. I wish that I would have gotten one years ago, but at least I have one now… My hubby thinks that I am crazy, & I actually am, however I just can’t get over the difference that the air purification system has made. I have not gotten sick as often since I got that air purification method installed. I used to get a cold about every other week, however I have had the air purification method for about multiple weeks now, & I have not gotten sick once. It is unquestionably nice to guess that I am doing something to contribute to a pollutant free environment. I wish that I could do more, & I will continue to research how I can do more in the future.
