I mentioned before that my cats are sleeping in my bed right now, and as soon as I finish this article I’m going to join them for an hour nap and meditation session.

I think I sleep better during the day when the cats are in there and when the air conditioning is running because it gives me a cozy and comfortable feeling.

I don’t have them sleep with me at night though, because they go crazy and they’re running all over the place, and they would keep me up most the night. I bought a new air purification system the other day and I have to get it hooked up soon, so I’m going to have my friend come over and help me do it. He’s an HVAC specialist and he’s very good at doing the air purifier hookups and set ups. I’ve never set one up before, so I think it’s good to have somebody come and help me because I don’t really know what I’m doing with it. I’m better at A/C repair and A/C Service than I am with things like this air purifying system. I just want to improve the air quality in my flat because I get a lot of exhaust coming from the street below when the cars and buses go by, and it smells really bad here sometimes. I think this air purifier is going to do a really good job, and the air conditioning expert that told me to buy it said it’s one of the best units on the market today.
