It makes me easily feel proud when she can fix the issue plus I enjoy saving currency. My fiance figured out the reason why the air conditioner wasn’t laboring, but none of the stores plus the valley would sell her the part she needed. They wanted to send a certified Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C service worker to make the repair. My fiance had to order the air conditioner device part from a store online, but both of us didn’t want to cover the price of overnight shipping, so we chose the cheaper choice of priority mail. The air conditioner part was supposed to arrive 2 or 3 days later! On the fifth day, I made the choice to call the company to find out when the actual part would be delivered. The genuinely kind lady on the phone apologized for the delay plus promised the part would arrive the following day. Sure enough, the air conditioner device part was delivered by express mail the next day by 2pm. Inside the box was a letter of apology from the owner of the company plus a coupon for 25% off the upcoming purchase. I thought it was a fairly nice gesture considering the fact that we have been without the use of our air conditioner device for the past week.
