Our very own business

My younger sister bought the scheme of land right next to my house, then her plan is now to set up a diner, certainly a farm to table diner! She wants to be able to say most of the products are homegrown and picked fresh for the buyers! With the close proximity to my greenhouse, it would be a simple task, however for awhile I wondered what was holding up my siblings.

She had the land, the method and nothing was happening.

The scheme of land sat vacant while I kept growing and waiting to hear back, I ended up talking to her and realized that my sibling was having trouble getting a building set up. I later got the project back moving in the right direction when I recommended modular buildings. That is exactly what I use as a redhouse. I went online to a shipping container supplier and designed my redhouse. I was able to get full electric, HVAC along wit lighting. I also have an automatic hydroponic plan and nutrient delivery system. I never am forced to walk into my redhouse. The best space was that it was a one time fee and a turnkey solution. I paid online and in a few weeks my redapartment arrived ready to roll. The cost is super reasonable and the process was entirely simple, and my sibling is right now designing her farm to table diner. She is now able to determine where she wants light sockets, gas hookups, tables along with everything else. The cost is much lower than what she was originally looking at. Looks like both of us will be in supplier soon.
