My brother actually happens to be the police chief in our community.
A few days ago, I was glad when he asked myself and others to come along with him for a ride along, but he was obviously trying to make it seem more exciting than it really was, and wouldn’t you know it, the people I was with and I ended up at a doughnut shop.
I could care less, I like doughnuts plus warm tea! When the people I was with and I were enjoying our doughnuts plus coffee, I took it upon myself to adjust the temperature control settings to get the cooling system really flowing! My younger brother didn’t seem to mind it, so I was thankful for that. Then out of the blue, my kid brother got this urgent call on the stereo saying that there was a warm pursuit in progress plus all units in the section needed to get there. So we abruptly scarfed down our doughnuts plus washed them down with the hot tea. Then our brother put on the siren, plus the people I was with and I rushed to the nearest intersection that was close to the vehicle chase. It was on the highway of course plus they were driving at high speeds! When we later got on the same road, the offending car was certainly in our rear. My brother did all he could to make a maneuver to cause the offending car to crash, however the driver was able to get past us plus speed ahead. This was really exciting, however it also was certainly dangerous, so it made myself and others begin to sweat. So once more, I adjusted the temperature control settings to get the cooling system cranked up much higher. My brother yelled at myself and others to quit messing with the cooling system so that he could keep us alive while I was in this vehicle chase. With that being said, it wasn’t our fault that I was so uneasy plus needed some more air conditioning; I’ve never been in a vehicle chase before.
