My husband is the type of guy that can task with his hands with no hassles! When we have a major problem with the car, he typically tries to fix the setback before he reaches out for a mechanic. When we had a certain problem with the air conditioner machine in our kitchen, he also tried to fix the problem instead of calling a certified Heating plus A/C machine specialist. It most definitely makes me feel proud when he can fix the issue plus I care about saving currency whenever I can. My husband figured out the reason why the air conditioner machine wasn’t working as it should. None of the stores plus the valley would sell him the part… They wanted to send a certified Heating plus A/C specialist to make the repair. My husband had to order the air conditioner machine part from a store online. We honestly did not want to pay the price of overnight shipping, so we chose the cheaper option with priority mail. The air conditioner machine part was supposed to arrive 2 or 3 days later, but on the fourth business day, I decided to call the dealer to find out when the part would easily be delivered. The especially wonderful lady on the iPhone apologized for the delay with the part plus promised it would show up by the next afternoon. Sure enough, the air conditioner machine part was delivered by express mail the next afternoon by 1pm. Inside the box was a letter of apology from the owner of the dealer plus a coupon for 25% off the upcoming order. I thought it was a great gesture considering the fact that we have been without the use of our air conditioner machine for the past week.
