My husband is pretty much the type of guy that can completely work with his hands.
When the people I was with and I have a problem with the car, he always finds a way to repair the issue before he calls a mechanic.
When the people I was with and I had a setback with the a/c appliance in our kitchen, he also tried to repair the problem instead of calling a certified Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C appliance worker. It totally makes me feel proud when he can repair the issue plus I appreciate saving money. My husband figured out the reason why the a/c appliance wasn’t working. None of the stores plus the valley would sell him the part. They wanted to send a certified Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C appliance worker to make the repair. My husband had to order the a/c appliance part from a store online. Both of us didn’t want to actually pay the price of overnight shipping, so we chose the cheaper choice of priority mail. The a/c appliance part was supposed to arrive 2 or 3 days later… On the sixth business day, I made the move to call the business to find out when the part would actually arrive. The truly kind plus nice man on the phone easily apologized for the delay plus promised the part would be delivered the following day! Sure enough, the a/c appliance part was delivered by express mail the next day by 3pm. Inside the box was an apology letter from the owner of the business plus a coupon for 25% off the purchase that I made next. I thought it was a fairly wonderful gesture considering the fact that the people I was with and I have been without the use of our a/c appliance for the past week.
