Getting more crazy about my fitness

I am insane when it comes to laboring out… When I first started laboring out I ran or did basic skipping, jumping and hops for around 20 minutes, but i then increased my time to 30-45 minutes, but then my labor outs became more about weight lifting, overall body training and cardio for around an hour. I have started doing yoga, running, tumbling and kickboxing moves in my labor out. The complication is that I am now pushing 1.5 hours. I labor out every single day and I freak out if it looks love I am going to miss a day. I am way too nutso about it. I have thought about maybe taking a fitness class to help my obsession with laboring out. That might seem odd, even though I suppose having fitness in a structure would be better. I tend to labor out too long, too difficult and get entirely in the groove! Having an mentor tell myself and others what to do would be refreshing and also great for giving my muscles a break. I also hope to take a class that is lighter than the other personal training ones. I want to do love a yoga or maybe just a weight lifting class. This will satisfy my need to labor out, however it won’t cripple myself and others the next day. I have injuries that are now carrying over day to day. I also spend way too much time and effort laboring out. A little structure might go a long way. Also, I have noticed the training center does have a body wellness and reusey class.
